All legal documents — title deeds, encumbrance certificates, possession documents, approvals — are reviewed by a qualified, empanelled advocate. This is completely independent from the seller's lawyer and the structural inspector.

The advocate's findings are compiled into the same report as the physical inspection, so you receive one integrated picture with both physical and legal verdicts.

No. Every Vett inspection goes through mandatory internal cross-verification before the report is released. No single inspector can approve or change their own findings — a separate internal reviewer independently checks the evidence submitted.

If findings don't match the evidence, the report is flagged and re-investigated. The only path to a clean report is a clean property.

No. Vett reports document professional observations and an advocate's legal opinions at the time of inspection. They are not legal advice and do not replace your own independent lawyer. Our purpose is to protect you before you pay — not to fight a case afterwards.
